Role:
Account Manager

  • Maternity Cover 14 Months

Location:
Skipton - Due to location you will need to have access to a car


Salary:
up to £30,000 (depending on experience)


Hours:8.30am to 5pm

  • Office Based

Based on the outskirts of Skipton (complete with its own wandering peacock family) our client is looking for someone who can jump in and get involved with this bubbly and down to earth team.

Whether this is being fully responsible for the full end to endprocess for existing customers, liaising with different stakeholders and focusing on delivery and overall client Satisfaction or joining their colleagues at local pub or having a catch up on "Sandwich Friday" this company will welcome you and your ideas -especially if it is biscuit related, they have a very sweet tooth

Duties:


  • Liaise with and coordinate internal and external clients
  • Make sure projects are executed on time, within budget and meets the client expectations
  • Create and manage plans for each Account in Jira and keep updated
  • Manage client expectations, budget and schedule
  • Maintain good client relationships and key stakeholders throughout
  • Review and update clients regarding any company product upgrades
  • Actively engage with potential new clients to promote company evolving products
  • Create contracts, costings and invoicing to ensure team and clients adhere to policies and procedures
  • Generate reports and keep accurate documentation
  • Work towards SLA's
  • Take responsibility for improvement and measurement of client satisfaction and growth
  • Positively represent the company

Experience:


  • Experience within Account Management
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders at board level
  • Able to work in a fast paced, pressured environment
  • Excellent communication skills on all levels


  • Computer literate

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent problem solver and highly meticulous
  • Previous Talent Management software knowledge would be advantageous
