Our client, a busy franchised dealership, in Wigan the requirement for an experienced Service Manager / Aftersales Manager to join their established and high performing Aftersales team.


Responsibilities
As a Service Manager / Aftersales Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Organise, coach, motivate and lead your workshop & front of house team
  • Ensuring the very highest levels of customer service every time.
  • Departmental profitability
  • Delivering dealership and manufacturer budgets
  • Controlling expenses
  • Recruitment and selection, staff coaching and motivation
  • Optimising workshop capacity and utilisation
  • Installing, and maintaining processes
  • Monitor, develop and improve CSI and customer experience.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

Essential Requirements:


  • 2 years Service Manager/Aftersales Manager Experience
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable Requirements:


  • Franchised Dealership Experience

Remuneration & Benefits:

- £36,000 Basic Salary
- £48,000 OTE

Working Hours:


  • Monday to Friday 8am 6pm
