CPI Safety Intervention / Field Care Manager

Location:
Nottingham Office

Salary:
£27,000 - £30,000


We're looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a MAPA Instructor / Field Care Manager at our Nottingham office.

This role offers a competitive salary range of £27,000 - £30,000 and an opportunity to make a real difference in the community.


Key Responsibilities include:


  • Recruit and place healthcare assistants into temporary and permanent positions within community settings.
  • Support the setup and maintenance of community care packages alongside the Community team and Branch Manager.
  • Expand business within the area by canvassing, gaining new leads, and attending client meetings.
  • Lead MAPA / Safety Intervention training sessions and support ongoing compliance and development.
  • Visit clients to discuss care package issues and establish and maintain care packages by sourcing suitable staff.

Requirements:


  • Selfmotivated individual with a passion for succeeding in achieving personal, departmental, and business objectives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and staff.
  • Previous experience in healthcare recruitment or a similar field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and react positively to changing environments.

Key Skills:

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for training delivery or client visits.
  • Proficiency with the Aspire system is advantageous.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Customerfocused with a "Can Do Attitude."
  • Ability to maintain appropriate personal presentation and appearance.


Due to the nature of this role you will need to have a clean drivers licence and have access to your own transport.
