Maxxima's permanent team are recruiting for BMS multiskilled to work for a private hospital based in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading private hospital group based in the heart of London

As BMS you will be based at this multidisciplinary site, to help in the smooth and efficient running of a section within the Pathology Department to ensure

Central London

Employment Type:
Permanent, Full-time hours

Hrs:
Main hours are MON-FRI , but participation in the on call and weekend rota is expected.

What's in it for you?

Salary up to £36'000 £41'000 PA + Benefits (Out of hours shifts are paid extra)

On a typical day you will:

Participate in all areas of laboratory bench work, whilst adhering to standard operating procedures and participating in their regular review and update
Multidisciplinary working as required.
Techniques and testing that include Haematology and morphology, Coagulation, Biochemistry and Immunoassays, and Blood Transfusion (grouping, antibody investigations and compatible unit and product issue)

What will you need to succeed in this role?

Registration with HCPC as Biomedical Scientist
Relevant qualifications
Experience in relevant laboratory, and proficiency in techniques appropriate to the discipline
Experience in blood transfusion is essential
