Construction Estimator
Inspire Resourcing are recruiting for a construction estimator to work for our specialised construction business.

If you are an experienced estimator looking for a role that offers a variety of jobs to bid for then this would be a great opportunity.

Experience and skills required:

Estimating for a variety of projects across the UK
Site visits to fully understand the full scope of works
Submitting tenders
Building an ongoing relationship with the client to win as much business as possible
Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors
Liaising with internal project managers
Previous estimating experience
Degree educated preferable. Equivalent relevant construction qualifications also considered (HND, Btec etc)
Ability to use and manipulate complex excel spreadsheets
Selfmotivated with the drive to win work
Full drivers license
