Brilliant opportunity for someone with superb customer service skills who is confident working with high end clients.Our highly respected client in Manchester city centre is looking for an Office Host to boost the experience of their clients coming into the office as well as colleagues working within the office.
This vital and varied role oversees the day to day of office life and ensures a quality, 'smooth-running' environment. Superb benefits include generous holidays, pension match, private medical, eye care, and retail discounts.Salary:
Up to £25,000
Hours:
Monday to Friday - 8:30am-5pm / 9am-5:30am
Duties:
- Overseeing the experience of clients and staff in the office and delivering 5* service to clients from start to finish
- Looking after meeting rooms, reception and office areas and ensuring the environment is tidy and ready for the day ahead
- Booking, setting up, and hosting meetings, providing quality service throughout the duration
- Providing food and drink for meetings, ensuring top class hospitality
- Ad hoc duties such as assisting with ongoing document management including archiving, document retrieval and file closures
- Liaising with the Facilities team to ensure that business services are carried out appropriately such as collection of confidential waste, archiving, etc.
- Maintaining appropriate levels of stock of consumables and stationery
- Reporting maintenance requirements into the central Facilities team
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills, able to provide 5* hospitality to clients
- IT literate confident in MS Office such as Outlook
- Highly professional
- Can do attitude and hands on mentality passionate about delivering quality service
