REQUIREMENTS Diploma/ Degree in Nursing; Actively registered on the NMC. Experience of working with young people with an eating disorder preferred although not essential. Experience of working within a multidisciplinary team. Experience of supervising staff preferred although not essential.

Mentorship qualification either being worked towards, achieved or applicant is willing to complete Knowledge of local and national policies. MAIN DUTIES To carry out specialist nursing assessments of young people referred to the service. Devise comprehensive care plans and risk assessments and co-ordinate this care and treatment.

Regularly review progress with the goal of transferring their care to an alternative care provider when stabilised To formulate and implement plans for nursing treatment and/or management.
