Contract: 12-16 Hours p/w M-F, start and finish times flexible within the standard working day.

Purpose of Role


The purpose of the role is to provide cover for customer service, purchasing and production providing a data entry service.

Also, a large part of the role will be cleansing data as we make improvements to our systems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Updating and deleting data within our systems
  • Verifying data and correct data where necessary
  • Logging purchase orders
  • Logging sales orders
Other duties to support the Head of Operations

Due to the important interaction with the whole Operations team daily, as well as the role of supporting all essential Operations activities - this position is office based.


Skills & Attributes

  • Familiar with Microsoft packages excel/word/outlook/teams etc.
  • Ability to use and create spreadsheets
  • Knowledge of data entry into account or ERP systems (does not matter which but need to understand how to use them)
  • Advanced spreadsheet capabilities
  • Able to use Access Dimensions (including MS Query)
  • Able to use Microsoft Dynamics

Knowledge & Experience

  • 1 year + experience of working in a support role within a busy office environment
  • Experience in administration and coordination of activities
  • Teamplayer
  • Experience of working in an Operations / Manufacturing environment, preferable but not a must.

Education & Qualification

  • L3 Business administration or similar

£12.50-£14.00 per hour
