Description
As a Customer Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships. You will be the frontline representative, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing outstanding service to our customers.


Duties:


  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via various face to face channels
  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement
  • Enter customer data accurately into the system
  • Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers

Experience:


  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong problemsolving skills to address customer concerns effectively

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £23,631.10 per year
