Description
As a Customer Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships. You will be the frontline representative, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing outstanding service to our customers.Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via various face to face channels
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement
- Enter customer data accurately into the system
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers
Experience:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
- Strong problemsolving skills to address customer concerns effectively

From £23,631.10 per year
