Working with the fastest growing start-ups and scale-ups that give the agency creative license to test and experiment and take on new challenges.


The role of a
Performance Marketing Manager:

You will be responsible for implementing paid campaigns across a number of key clients and managing their day-to-day relationships with them.

Your core role is to lead and manage the planning, set up, testing, optimisation, and reporting of performance campaignson paid channels to drive sales and leads.

You'll run campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Linked In, and other digital advertising channels.


The role:

  • Plan, setup, activate and improve performance driven Paid Social campaigns in Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok e.t.c
  • Report on campaign performance and improve when required
  • Implement testing frameworks for future campaigns
  • Work with the creative team to generate new creative ideas and implement them across campaigns
  • Writing and testing new ad copy
  • Reporting and presenting to the client

About you:

  • Minimum 3 years in an agency environment working on Paid Social campaigns
  • Able to use platforms to activate and monitor campaign performance
  • Reporting and analytical skills
  • Able to work at pace
