Bright, enthusiastic, articulate Lettings Negotiator required by locally owned franchise agency which is small enough to care but backed by training from one of the largest property groups in the UK.

Must be a great communicator, confident on the phone, happy to meet people from all walks of life, well organised, good problem solver, great people person.

Team player essential.


What you will shine at:

• Talking to Landlords and Tenants about their property requirements and connecting people with the right properties
• Arranging and attending viewings/open days and providing friendly advice and a welcoming service
• Identifying new leads and generating new business to improve performance
• Helping customers find their ideal property, negotiate terms and get those offers agreed and accepted
• Dealing with all the relevant administration effectively.
• Have previous lettings experience and customer service experience
• Be driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement
• Be able to work effectively within a team
• Be motivated and enthusiastic at all times
• Display high standards of service and presentation
• Have good organisational skills
• Demonstrate ideas and initiative to drive growth
• Have a full clean driving licence

We are committed to developing our staff to provide a high standard of service and professionalism and gain further relevant qualifications if so desired.

Salary according to experience but in the range of £22 - £25k per year plus either generous car allowance of company vehicle (whichever best suits your circumstances)

Working pattern is 8.30am to 5pm 4 days in the week and 9am to 2pm on a Saturday (37 hours per week)
