My client a small catering unit based on the outskirts of Dorking is looking for a good all rounder to run and manage their kitchen.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the full food service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
  • Ensuring that all food is correctly prepared and presented to residents in line with the correct standards and quality
  • Creating and executing an exciting and appetising menu, which takes into consideration dietary requirements and allergens
  • Supporting and instructing the kitchen team in correct food preparation techniques
  • Preparing and cooking delicious and healthy food
  • You will be managing all aspects of the kitchens

Hours are:
Week 1 shift: 6am to 2pm Monday to friday
Week 2 Shift: 11am to 7pm 3 days + Weekend
Salary is up to £15 per hour Weekdays and £17.50 per hour weekends + benefits
