Reed Accountancy & Finance are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a Financial Services business in their search for Finance Manager.


In this exciting new opportunity, which will present an array of benefits, you will be managing the finance department and ensuring continuous financial stability and success of the business.


Hours: 37 hours per week

Location:
Basildon (hybrid working)

Salary:
£45,000-£50,000 per annum

Your role will include:

  • Managing, training and developing your team, consisting of
  • Ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of the department
  • Ensuring high standards of operational support are adhered to
  • Providing accurate month end reporting to senior management
  • Overseeing reconciliation of bank accounts and transfers of funds
  • Monthly payroll, pensions and benefits for staff
