Responsibilities:

**Respond to tickets within agreed SLA spending a set amount of time on them until skill/knowledge is exhausted then escalate to 2nd/3rd line engineers if you cannot resolve the ticket.
**Provide customers with great customer service
**Adhere to company processes and procedures
**Be willing to go the extra mile for customers keeping them updated on the status of their ticket at all times.
