The position requires a great deal of autonomy and flexibility. The Resourcing Partner plays a critical role in shaping the workforce and culture of the organization.

Their success lies in their ability to build strong relationships, maintain a deep understanding of business needs, and employ innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

The role requires an organised, process driven and proactive individual who is able to multi-task and meet deadlines.

The individual must have excellent communication and negotiation skills in order to build relationships, along with a high level of problem solving ability, and be able to multi-task and meet deadlines and targets.


Main Roles, Responsibilities and Expectations:


  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies and plans in alignment with the organization's workforce planning and business objectives.
  • Identify talent needs and skill gaps within the company and design effective hiring strategies to meet those requirements.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles and positions with ongoing talent pool engagement.
  • Coordinate and administer preemployment assessments and tests, where necessary.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand their recruitment needs, provide insights, and deliver a seamless recruitment service.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment on hiring priorities.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications and Profile:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant master's degree or additional HR certifications may be advantageous.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role, preferably within a fastpaced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and selection.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.

Salary:
£40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
