My client is looking to recruit a highly motivated, organised and driven Wholesale Operations Manager to join their rapidly growing organisation.

As an experienced Wholesale Operations Manager you will have great leadership skills and thrive in a fast pacedenvironment.

Your role will oversee all aspects of their wholesale business focus on improving performance and delivering operational excellence to customers.

You will be adept at building and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues as you willbe overseeing two cross-functional departments.


Responsibilities:


  • Acting as the functional lead to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams, (Supply Chain, Production, Warehouse) to ensure the smooth endtoend delivery of the wholesale orderbook through the UK and EU warehouse.
  • Assisting with planning, scheduling and delivery of all orders supplying forecasts to both internal and external companies.
  • Taking ownership of current systems to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Set and monitor Wholesale KPI's on a regular basis
  • Ensure all monthly and quarterly reports are sent to management in a timely manner.
  • Managing, Coaching and developing growing teams, ensuring internal resources are used effectively to offer a best in class service to our wholesale customers.
