We are delighted to be working with a highly respected technology business, who are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to join there Norwich based team.

This role will involve working alongside their IT team and stakeholders to assist the documentation of specifications and processes, aiding project delivery, and supporting the testing and implementation of new productions areas.

You will also assist the ITteams to resolve operational and customer incidents within agreed SLA's.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Lead functional discussion with the operations and business and its documentation and approvals.
  • Create Process flows.
  • Provide clear functional requirements into the technical teams.
  • Support both product development and New Customer Onboarding.
  • Support the operations on the floor in the rollout of improvements.
  • Review and approve Test plans and verify that the test plans have sufficient coverage.
  • Help identification of real issues behind incidents raised by internal and external customers.
  • Positively influence the culture of your team.
  • To manage own development and those of your team members adopting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Compliance with respective accreditation guidelines.
This role is ideal for you if you have:

  • Relevant experience in a Business Analyst role
  • Successful track record of IT Solution delivery
  • Knowledge or experience with ITIL
  • Previous experience within electronic service or repair industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Visio & Microsoft Project
  • Strong understanding of system integrations
