Senior Business Co-Ordinator

Location:
Leicester, LE1


Full Time - Mon - Fri - 8.30am - 5pm

Salary - £25k


My client is a market leading and award-winning UK learning business that specialise in providing small and medium sized businesses with quality yet affordable learning solutions.

Looking for someone to join their team to help with all areas of the day-to-dayrunning of the business.

This person will be involved in all areas of the business and be essential part in the smooth operation of the business.


The role:

Updating internal CRM and Customer Knowledge Bases
Helping to set up and maintain Learning Management Systems for our customers
General administration for our classroom-based learning programmes
Preparing documents through editing, printing and binding
Helping to produce and update customer communications, reports and statistics
Organising and booking travel, together with diary management for the Directors of the business
Help organise any events, conferences or webinars
Liaising with staff, partners, customers and suppliers
Participate in weekly business meetings

This is a role best suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced work environment, is resilient and enthusiastic about a career in business administration as well as developing their skills.

We are looking for a pro-active individual who is organised and adaptable.
Be a Mentor to Junior members of staff
Will be an experienced administrator, with good customer service/Communication skills but can handle extra responsibility and multiple tasks.

You will need to be highly organised and have the ability to think on your feet and deal with problems as they arise,identify the root of the issue, seek a solution and implement it.

As well as liaising with clients, suppliers and other team members on a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for organising the diaries of directors and associates.

We need someone who will be accountable for their work,own their work and take responsibility for the finished result.
