A fast growing niche property company are looking for two graduates to join an exciting rotational scheme that exposes them to different areas of property management.

Operating in most major cities across the UK, they provide high end accommodation for university students.

Graduate Property Rotational Scheme - £25-26K - London

This is a great opportunity for a graduate with a real interest in the property industry to gain exposure to different areas of property management.

This scheme will take you step by step through the foundations of tenancy management, property customer service and sales, marketing, and compliance and maintenance control.

Role Highlights:

A fast paced role, that will exposure you to 4 key areas of the property world within a year
Opportunity to learn from start to finish the process of providing an excellent experience for future and current tenants

Full training will be provided with the opportunity to progress after the years scheme if preformed well.

Please note this is full time in the office.

What Do You Need?

A 2.2 or above (or equivalent) in your chosen discipline
Any office base experience including sales, customer service, administration and general phone based work is highly desirable
Any demonstrable interest in property is highly desirable
