Venn Group is currently recruiting for a
Human Resources Advisor for our client who are an NHS organisation based in Bath.


Duties will include:


  • Acts as the first point of contact for all HR queries for their delegated area,
  • Work on and supply advice and support in relation to complex recruitment issues,
  • Manage Employee relations queries, escalating them where necessary.
  • Provide advice for: medical, dental & Agenda for Change terms and conditions as well as Trust HR Policies and Procedures.
  • Responsible for the timely action and appropriate administration of HR processes related to the employment life cycle, e.g. maternity leaves, end of fixed term contract notifications etc.
  • Provide a customer orientated approach to HR service delivery, which shows an awareness of the function of the whole Operational HR Team in the support that it provides to their delegated area.

Desirable Requirements:


  • Previous NHS experience
