My client is hiring for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their growing team in the city of York, North Yorkshire.

This role will report directly into the Head of Corporate/Commercial.


Our are looking for an experienced solicitor who has been working on high calibre corporate transactions and who wants to develop their career, to lead on cases, develop and take on good quality client relationships and improve technical and commercial skillsfurther through working on a wide range of quality transactions.


Outstanding communication skills are essential in this role in order to build on their existing business, and ensure strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

  • Corporate Finance
  • Joint Ventures
  • Partnerships
  • Company & LLP Formation & Compliance
  • Commercial contracts
  • Terms of Trade
  • Understanding of linked areas such as employment and commercial property will be an advantage

Your Experience:


  • Minimum 2 years PQE
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Experience of working in a similar role
