Permanent Bilingual Sales Administrator - French/English required for Moira.
Job Details
Duties will include:
- Dealing with customer queries in a professional manner and providing quotations
- Processing sales orders & invoices
- Facilitating a strong after sales service to our varied customer base as well as upholding the credit control rules that are in place.
- All associated administration
Essential Criteria:
- Fluent both written and verbally in French and English
- Previous customer service/administrative experience within a busy office environment
- IT proficient and previous experience with CRM systems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively on own initiative as well as part of a team.
Fluent in French and English with a positive energetic attitude is a must and full training will be provided.
Hours of work:
Monday - Friday 08:30 am - 5:00 pm
