We are recruiting now for a
Bank
Nightshift
Senior Care Worker to join us at Willow Lodge, purpose built 32 bed home located in Falkirk.

£12.25 per hour (SVQ Level 3 required) + overtime rates + benefits

Bank position, night shift - covering maternity leave, may lead to full time post of 36 hours per week.

Joining this newly commissioned mental health facility at the start of its journey, you'll be a founding member of a brand new dedicated team, offering excellent support and delivering the highest standards of care to the residents who will live here.

You will set an example of high-quality support and care giving and be part of establishing a brand new facility in the local community.

As a newly commissioned mental health facility, we have everything that you would expect such as tele conference, training and staff meeting facilities, electronic care planning and rota system, consulting rooms, life skills kitchens, and rehabilitation accommodation all within an environment that has been designed and decorated to meet the needs of individuals who experience complex and enduring mental health issues.

But what about you? You will already have previous experience in a similar role and this, combined with your
SVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care and Administration of medications certificate and registration as a supervisor with SSSC, means you will be up and running in no time at all.

As well as a supportive team environment, you will receive training and your very own mentor for 12 weeks, to support and assist you as you make this role your own.
