Department


The provision of scholarships for graduate students is an area of crucial importance for the University, ensuring that talented people can undertake their studies regardless of their financial circumstances.

The Student Fees and Funding (SFF) office assists in this by managing scholarship programmes and supporting other scholarship providers. SFF currently manages around 200 university scholarship programmes for over 1,300 students, worth around £44m per year.


This role offers the opportunity to deliver an exciting new scholarship scheme, working closely with colleges, and supporting existing schemes within the growing SFF portfolio.

The role is offered for a fixed term of 2 years.

About the Role


In this role, you will support the delivery of a new matching funding programme for graduate scholarships, working closely with a group of Colleges and Permanent Private Halls to transform the funding and support opportunities available to their graduate students through creating new scholarships.

Alongside this you will manage a portfolio of existing graduate scholarships, including running selection processes, liaising with scholarship partners (such as colleges and academic departments), and supporting the scholars once they are on course.

This role directly supports the ambition of ensuring that academically outstanding students should be able to take up their places to study at Oxford regardless of their financial means or background.


About You
You will need to be innovative, well-organised, meticulous, and able to establish good working relationships with our partners.

You will draw on your numeracy and IT skills, pro-actively improving the administration of your scholarships and enabling them to keep on making a positive difference to our students' lives.
