A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious residential property conveyancer to join a legal 500 leading firm based in Canterbury.

The firm are well known across the region with multiple offices, delivering great client care across the full spectrumof legal services.

The team are currently looking to expand by considering individuals with at least three years PQE, however suitably experienced conveyancers outside this will be considered.

The team deal with a wide range of high value and complex mattersin residential property acting on behalf of high profile individuals.

You will be joining a team of experienced solicitors in a fully supported environment where you will be encouraged to reach maximum potential.

The role will require you to be comfortablein dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing which includes sales and purchase transactions, re-mortgages, transfer of equity and equity releases, new build and help to buy.

Additionally you will be required to assist with the development of newbusiness opportunities for the department. To be successfulYou will have an excellent client care with a high level of professionalism and integrity. You will have the ability to develop and work in a fast paced, intellectually challenging environment.
