Salary:
£22,308- £24,823 per annum with additional OTE of £400 per month (which is uncapped should you supersede your targets).


We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales and Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at our office based in Chilwell, Nottingham.

You will be joining a small team and you will be responsible for managing the diary of our Field Sales Representatives.

You will be generating meetings and building relationships with customers and prospects on a daily basis.


For this role as Sales and Customer Service Coordinator you must be an excellent communicator, be self-motivated and be confident in speaking to people over the phone and face to face.

You will be someone who enjoys working in a team with a varied role.


As Sales Coordinator your main responsibilities will be;

  • Calls to prospects and/or customers during these calls you will be scheduling appointments between the prospect/customer and Field Representative.
  • Offering admin support to your Field Representative producing quotations, opening new accounts.
  • After sales care for new customers, ensuring that they are up to speed with procedures, and you will be proactive in encouraging them to utilise their account.
  • Hitting your realistic call and meeting targets
