Save the Children has an exciting opportunity for a knowledgeable, customer focused individual with strong commercial acumen and the ability to build relationships quickly to join us as a
part-time Supporter Care Advisor (3 days /21 hours).

_ Please note that due to the duties and nature of this work, the role will be based in our London-Farringdon office 3 days a week._

About you

Day to day In this role, you will:

Answer a wide range of enquiries about fundraising and our organisation
Take credit card donations and set up direct debits
Track and record all incoming and outgoing communications on a contacts database
Proactively resolving complaints in line with the complaints policy
Deliver a high level of customer service to increase supporter value and reduce attrition rates.

To be successful, it is important that you have:

A 'can do' attitude, proactively looking for ways to improve the support on offer and remove barriers that have the potential to hinder.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
An ability to build strong relationships with customers, and to crosssell additional ways of supporting with supporters
A passion for supporting and helping others.
High attention to detail
Experience of responding to enquiries via social media
The ability to work to tight deadlines, manage own workload and multitask.

Ways of Working:

The majority of our roles can be performed remotely in the UK. However, _due to the duties and nature of this work, the role will be based in our London-Farringdon office 3 days a week._

Please note:
travel costs to your contracted office will be at your own expense.
