About the Marketing Team:


You will be joining a great Marketing team of 4 other employees who will be able to provide you with expertise about the business and support your Marketing journey This role will be based at Burton Latimer, but as the Marketing Team is divisional, travel to other sites and events will be required at times.


Main Purpose of Role:


The role will manage all social media accounts, manage/create websites' contents for AWMS and all respective brand and compose/distribute e-shots/e-newsletters to subscribers or a list of contacts.


You will be actively involved with all parts of our day to day tasks and will have the opportunity to bring your own creativity and ideas to the team.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Management of multiple social media channels: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Create and delivery content across social channels
  • Website management and content creation via CMS
  • Monitor industry trends and standards on digital marketing
  • Process and organise our sample product orders in a good time scale
  • Creating flyers
  • Assist with marketing strategies and branding
  • Ensure all contents/marketing documents are kept up to date on the digital platforms
  • Compose and distribute enewsletter/eshot to subscribers/customer lists
  • Propose new ideas and concepts for social media contents
  • Work closely with Area Sales managers
  • Gather images and information to help launch our products on merchant's websites
  • Help housekeeping case studies, imagery and artwork etc.
  • Manage print tasks such as business cards and brochures
  • Assist the marketing team, with administrative tasks when required
  • Update Area Sales Managers monthly on logins/projects tracker extracted from the websites' database

Key Requirements and Preferred Experience:


  • 3+ years of broad digital marketing experience within a similar level role
  • Experience in paid digital advertising (Google, Bing, Socials including Facebook and Instagram) ensuring company goals are met
  • Experience in Adobe Premier Pro
  • Skills, technical knowledge and experiences utilised include SEO, Google suite of tools
  • Experience in digital newsletter tools, e.g. Dotdigital
  • Experience in Construction industry and Rainwater management products, e.g. guttering system
  • Experience with Photoshop and InDesign (Adobe Creative Cloud)
  • Experience in creating and delivering content on online platforms, mainly websites, social media channels and enewsletters
  • Confident with website management via CMS software, ideally WordPress
  • Proven and successful experience in managing social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube)
  • Experience in communicating and working with agencies and suppliers
  • Confidence in using software; CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Suite
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, resilience to deliver great results in a busy environment
  • Happy to work as part of a small team and solo
  • Creative and confident
  • A cando attitude, good time management skills

Salary Range:
£25,500 - £28,500 DOE


Working Hours:
Mon - Thurs 08:30 - 17:00, Fri 08:30 - 16:00 _(We all love an early Friday finish)_
