The Health & Safety Advisor role:

This is a fantastic Health & Safety Advisor position with one of the North West's fastest growing mechanical & electrical installation company's.

You'll be working alongside the Health & Safety Manager, and will be involved in site audits, inspections, RAMS, supporting site teams, management of staff & driving the implementation and continuous improvement of a positive Health & Safety culture plus annual audits of accreditations such as ISO 9001, 45001 & 45001, CHAS and Constructionline

Based between the office and travel to construction sites around the UK, you'll develop close relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders - driving Health & Safety with your knowledge and enthusiasm.

You'll visit sites across the region to build rapport and trust with site operational teams - conducting risk assessments, method statements and site audits - and starting to influence behaviour and attitudes towards Health & Safety on site.

In addition, you'll work closely with the Health & Safety Manager to develop policies and procedures, and support ongoing compliance across the varying facets of the business operation.

Your skills and experience:


Must have at least 1 years construction site experience and hold a full driving licence with use of a car.

We are looking for someone who is keen and looking for a role in which they can develop themselves, along with using their experience to drive standards across multiple sites by building strong working relationships.

£25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
