Role Overview:

As a Saturday Sales Support and Viewing Guide, you will play a pivotal role in both showcasing properties to potential buyers and providing crucial administrative support to our office team.

This hybrid role offers variety and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our clients' experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting property viewings on Saturdays and providing information to potential buyers.
• Greeting clients and visitors to the office, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Acting as a liaison between buyers and vendors and facilitating communication.
• Providing valuable feedback to vendors following property viewings.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour.
• A genuine passion for property and helping clients find their dream homes.
• Availability to work every Saturday and occasional flexibility during the week for holiday cover would be beneficial.
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in customer service, administration, or estate agency is preferred but not essential.
• Valid UK driving licence and own car with business insurance.
