To enhance our customer support team, we are in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic French-speaking Customer Service Representative.

The French-speaking Customer Service Representative role will include the following responsibilities:

Handle customer orders, oversee orders, and ensure a prompt service.
Deliver accurate details about our services and resolve any concerns efficiently.
Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill customer requirements.
Maintain uptodate and accurate customer records.

The Successful Applicant:

Proficiency in both French and English (spoken and written)
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience in B2B customer service or a related field is advantageous.
Strong aptitude for problemsolving and an eye for detail.
Competency in utilizing computer systems and software.

What's on Offer:

Competitive annual salary up to £25,000.
This role is based in Trafford Park, Manchester 2 days onsite per week
Hybrid work arrangement, allowing a blend of remote working from home and collaborative onsite participation.
Additional amount of set remote work days from working in other GLOBAL offices
