Cover Supervisor

Hillingdon

8:15am - 3:30pm

You will be joining a supportive team of staff which is devoted to ensuring rapid and sustained progress of all students at the Academy.

An effective communicator

Hold exceptional drive and creativity.

Have flexibility and initiative when supporting students aged 11- 16years solo

Hold a strong level of education that enables support to be given to students aged 11-16 including those preparing for GCSE.

The role of Cover Supervisor:
Deliver work set by the teacher and ensure students are fixed on tasks set.

Maintain good order in the classroom and keep students focused

Act as a role model for students and have high expectations of conduct and behaviour.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
