Receipt & Distribution Team based inNorth Bristol NHS Trust is looking for a Logistics Team Leader - Band 3, Permanent (Full time)Shift Pattern:
Full time hours per week (Working as part of a rolling 5-week shift pattern; a mixture of early, late and day shifts)
Full training will be provided.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, well organised individual who can work effectively in close collaboration with Clinical Staff, the FM teams, and external suppliers.
The ability to exercise attention to detail, multi-task, prioritise workload, and work flexibly under pressure both independently and as part of a team is essential.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as a working knowledge of Microsoft software packages such as Word, Excel, and Outlook are also crucial.
The post holder will provide effective, efficient, and professional support to the Receipt & Distribution Team, and duties will include day-to-day management of the Offsite Storage Team based in Aztec West.
North Bristol NHS Trust is an ambitious teaching and research organisation, and a specialist regional centre for Major Trauma, Neurosciences, Plastics and Burns, Orthopaedics and Renal services.

Offsite & Southmead Hospital
The post holder will provide effective, efficient, and professional support to the Facilities Management (FM) Team and the Teams under their direct responsibility.
This will include the day-to-day management of the warehouse team, staff to provide a high quality and professional PPE supply services in line with Trust operational requirements.
The post holder will be based primarily in the offsite location (Aztec West) and be responsible for the effective resourcing of the warehouse Teams both at the warehouse and R&D at the Brunel Building and retained estate.
The role requires that the post holder will need to work effectively in close collaboration with Receipt & Distribution staff, Material Management team and Clinical Staff, to deliver and sustain exceptional support related standards.
