Our growing Consultancy client who have doubled their head count over the last 3 year period based on huge investment and increased turnover, are looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Officer to support their finance department.

The role will be based inMilton Keynes and will be reporting directly into their experienced Finance manager with a view of covering a varied role.

Description
The Senior Accounts Payable Officer will be responsible for:

Processing invoices to be uploaded and coded on Sage and a variety of accounting software at times
Timely response to internal and external customers invoice queries and questions
Supporting the Finance Manager with AD HOC duties relating to invoicing
Finance related support
Month end support purchase ledger closing
Employee expenses

Profile

The Senior Accounts Payable Officer will:

Have strong numeracy skills
Have previous Accounts Payable experience
Confident user of Microsoft products including excel
Have a cando approach and eager to be part of a really nice and pleasant team
Be a great communicator both written and verbal
