Solent's Community Engagement and Experience Team are looking for a Team Administrator. This role will support the team and will be fundamental to the work we do alongside our local community.


Solent NHS Trust's Community Engagement and Patient Experience team are committed to working closely with local communities so that together we can improve access, improve experience, improve health outcomes and reduce health inequalities across all our services.

We work with communities to

  • Help us to really understand what we need to do as an organisation to meet the needs of our communities
  • Make our services more accessible to everyone
  • To deliver high quality services ensuring that we can enable a better experience to be had by all our service users
  • To be more effective at improving the health, ultimately reducing the inequity of health across all our communities
This post is ideal for an individual with a strong administrative background. You will also have excellent IT skills, organisation and prioritisation skills.
