We have an opportunity for an Administrator to join us to provide an effective administrative support service to the Property Services Team.


The Role


Within this position you will plan and arrange appointments for cyclical and planned maintenance, surveys as well as ad hoc inspections to meet the programme timetable and other targets.


You will ensure that the housing management computer system is kept up to date and will deal with enquiries from customers regarding the maintenance and improvement services whilst assisting with general customer liaison.


We are looking for:


  • Good organisational skills.
  • The ability to manage a busy workload and set priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally and in writing at all levels.
  • An NVQ level 3 in Business Administration (or equivalent).
