Venn Group's specialist Public Sector Legal Team are currently working with a reputable
Local Authority based in the
Home Counties, seeking a
Locum Commercial Property Lawyer to join their team.

This role has an hourly rate of
up to £55 per hour Umbrella, dependent upon the individuals relevant experience.

The duties for this role may include:

Advising on regeneration, commercial property and other corporate or constitutional matters
Preparing, negotiating and advising on all aspects of the regeneration projects and commercial property caseload
Liaising with and negotiating on projects involving multiple agencies and client interests, within the third sector and charitable organisations
Representing clients in negotiations and discussions with third parties on commercial property matters
Assisting the Director, Head of Services or Principal Lawyer as and when they require
