The Opportunity:
Building Fabric Team Leader
As a Building Fabric Team Leader, you will be the visionary person driving our Building Fabric Maintenance Team to new heights.
You will oversee all operations of the Building Fabric Team and ensure the workforce operates effectively and efficiently through day to day maintenance and repair activities.
You will also be responsible for the effective management of the team's workload through triage of work orders, spearheading projects and optimizing staff resources to ensure the seamless delivery of performance outcomes.
The role is vital to provide support to the Building Fabric Maintenance Manager and secure delivery of performance outcomes in accordance with our SLA targets and agreed processes.
You will be expected to actively manage in-house trade services as well as external contractors, and suppliers across the estate.

Your ability to manage estate repair and maintenance functions should be evident, demonstrating strong organizational skills and a proven history of identifying and delivering complex repair and maintenance work with a high turnover of projects and competing deadlines.
