Administrative Assistant

Essential Duties:


  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
  • Answer phone calls, schedules meetings and support visitors.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
  • Make travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.
  • Support the team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.

  • 2 years of administrative assistant experience is desirable.

Rate of pay is above National Minimum Wage and is dependent on experience.


Salary:
£10.00-£11.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Billingham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)

Language:


  • English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
