Avery Healthcare Group Ltd. is a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high standards of personal care and contributing to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Personal Care:

Assisting residents with their personal hygiene care, promoting their independence, dignity and respect.
Recognising and responding to clinical risk areas, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.

Communication Skills:

You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, being able to effectively interact with residents, colleagues and visitors, respecting their dignity and individuality.

Requirements:

No prior experience is required, as we offer a comprehensive induction and training programme.
The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Demonstrating initiative and being respectful towards residents and colleagues.
Being an efficient worker who can follow reasonable instructions.
Adapting and being flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.
