    Marketing Manager

    We are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at a market leader manufacturing business focused on the construction market. As we experience growth, this role will play a key part in enhancing our digital presence and potentially building a marketing team around you.

    Duties:

    • Blogging regularly to promote our offerings and attract site visitors through search, social media, and email subscribers.
    • Growing our subscriber base by providing helpful content aligned with their needs and interests.
    • Converting site traffic into leads through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content.
    • Managing various email campaigns.
    • Measuring and optimizing the buyer journey related to product feature adoption and usage.

    About You:

    • A BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience.
    • Past experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and web analytics.
    • A dual-minded approach: highly creative and an excellent writer, yet process-driven and data-reliant for decision-making.
    • Past experience producing content for the web, as well as channel-specific knowledge.

    Additional Information:

    This full-time position offers a competitive salary and additional benefits. The workweek is Monday to Friday, concluding at 1:30 PM on Fridays. A mix of office and home-based work is anticipated.
