    We are looking for a highly organised and dedicated Personal Assistant to support our Executive Assistant with this High Luxury Jewellery Brand. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional administrative support within a fast-paced luxury environment. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, adaptable, and capable of managing tasks with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist the Executive Assistant in coordinating and managing the schedules of our executive team, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
    • Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence tailored to our luxury brand standards.
    • Manage incoming communications, including responding to emails and phone calls in a polished and professional manner.
    • Organise and coordinate high-profile meetings, events, and conference calls, ensuring all necessary materials and technology are set up to reflect our brand's elegance.
    • Maintain records, documents, and files, ensuring that all organizational systems align with our brand's premium image.
    • Support the creation and refinement of reports and presentations for executive meetings, or company meetings.
    • Execute personal tasks and errands for the executive team with precision and efficiency.
    • Foster communication and collaboration with all the departments to support our brand's objectives.
    • Anticipate the needs of the Executive Assistant and C-Suite members, acting proactively to manage potential challenges.
    • Undertake additional administrative tasks and special projects as needed, always maintaining the highest standard of discretion and professionalism.

    Qualifications:

    • Demonstrated experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role, preferably within a luxury or high-end environment.
    • Superior organisational and time-management skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a polished and professional demeanor.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
    • Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
    • A proactive, adaptive approach to work, with a keen understanding of the luxury market.
