Description

Butler Rose, a specialist finance agency are currently supporting the recruitment for a Company Accountant for a growing branded business just outside Kent.

The role will assist with the financial budgets, forecast and strategic plan growth targets. You will be Business Partner in developing process improvement and offer insightful analysis to the wider business. Supporting Senior Leaders in the business decisionmaking e.g. investment decisions, working capital, alternative supplier, sourcing etc
You will lead a small finance team with a people focused approach, through developing, mentoring and monitoring performance.

As part of your role you will also be responsible for the reporting packs for two other divisions of the business, submitting tax packsand compliance under IFRS.

Skills required
Qualified Accountant or equivalent
Previous experience of managing small teams and Business Partnering
Have experience or strong understanding of UK direct and indirect tax and IFRS
Strong IT skills, ideally ERP system
Strong knowledge of Excel
A proven track record of delivery
Experience of enhancing financial controls
Strong collaborative people skills
