About The Role:


Hesley Group are looking to appoint a Driver Support to be based at Mercury College to work either on a part time permanent basis or full time permanent basis, term time only.


This will be a pivotal role in facilitating and supporting a safe and reliable commute for the students to and from College and in and around the local area.

The Driver is also expected to support the students at the College or at the activity/location.

This role will require you to be flexible from Monday - Friday normal business hours during term time only.

About You:


  • Knowledge of the local area, including street names, major landmarks and one way systems.
  • An understanding of the type of difficulties that the people who use our service may face.
  • Ability to work evenings, and the occasional weekend when required.
  • Full, clean driving license.

We are a specialist college offering education for students aged 18 to 25, with complex care needs including behaviours that challenge and a learning disability, often in association with autism.
