Description

The Lower Third Club Room is seeking a Bar Supervisor to assist the Bar Manager in overseeing staff, maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar and BOH, as well as assisting with stock inventory and management.


As a Bar Supervisor, you will be working closely to our Bar Manager to drive sales and help manage stock, ensure high standards of service and hygiene, motivate and help training the team, and help overseeing organisation and cleanliness of the bar and the BOH.


Bar Supervisor Duties

  • Ensuring the bar and staff operate efficiently
  • Maintain high standards of customer service
  • Upholding high hygiene standards
  • Driving sales by upselling products
  • Help training staff
  • Assist the Bar Manager on inventory and stock management

Bar Supervisor Requirements

  • At least one year experience as a bar supervisor or equivalent
  • At least 2 years' experience as a bartender in a highvolume bar
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Stock and inventory skills
  • Motivational with a passion for developing others
  • Ability to maintain high standards when working under pressure
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
