Were looking for an enthusiastic estate agent to join and develop with a forward thinking independent Estate Agent. Oakwood Estates are expanding on existing talents and are now searching for a weekend negotiator.

Oakwood Estates are the fastest growing estate agency in the local area. Set up in 2008 this dynamic company have grown to 6 leading branches located along the Crossrail. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fresh and progressive company with high reaching ambitions.


Keyobjectives:


  • Conducting viewings and drawing offers
  • Followup on business leads
  • Provide thorough viewing feedback
  • Take incoming calls and register notes on the CRM
  • Complete property call rounds
  • Be enthusiastic and motivated at all times
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be highly organized
  • Have the ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships
  • Display high standards of service and presentation

Hours

  • Every Saturday from 9:00am to 4:00pm.
