Our client has an exciting opportunity within the Skyline division for a
Contracts Managerto join the Installations team based around the
Harrowarea.

You will join their on
a full time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a
competitive salary.


As the UK market leading Kitchen, Bedroom and Bathroom fitted furniture manufacturer, they have had unsuppressed growth over the last 40 years, with an emphasis on providing a high standard of products and service.

They are currently seeking the very best people, to further strengthen their position within the industry by appointing dedicated individuals to share in their success.


The Contracts Manager role:

As their Contracts Manager, you will support the increasing number of Skyline developments in the Southern area. Ideally you will live within the Harrow catchment area with a 20-mile radius (ideally within the M25).

The purpose of the role is to manage the installation process through to completion on fast moving, third-party, high-rise developments across the area.


The key responsibilities of their Contracts Manager will include:

  • Providing high levels of customer service. Ensuring high levels of Health & Safety on site. Ensuring sufficient levels of subcontract labour available to meet customer demands. Ensuring the highest levels of fit quality are maintained. Scheduling of fitters work and through the their fit management system. Ensuring fitting teams maintain all necessary qualifications and certifications, i.e. CSCS cards, SSSTS / SMSTS, Face fit certificates and the like.

To meet the requirements of their Contracts Manager you must be:

  • Able to communicate confidently with people at all levels. Self-motivated and looking to progress in your career. Able to manage multiple projects positively. Able to work under pressure to maintain deadlines. Computer literate. Personally presentable at all times.

As their Contracts Manager, you will also have:

  • Knowledge of kitchen installations. Ideally a construction related qualification. Excellent IT ability
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Understanding of health and safety
  • would suit IOSH, SMSTS, SSSTS. CSCS or HBF Card. A full driving licence.
