Job description


The role involves assisting a variety of stakeholders from within and outside of the organisation, where accuracy and time management will be essential.

You will report to the general manager and assist the operations, maintenance, and technical support team.


Responsibilities:


  • Accounts payable functions, including processing invoices, reconciling statements, and dealing with any queries.
  • Managing a group inbox, ensuring timely replies to stakeholders.
  • Where needed, assisting with accounts receivable functions, such as sales invoices and credit control.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
