Hours - 37.5 hours Per WeekMonday to Friday. Shifts vary between the hours of 8am-6pm.

About the role:


To provide support to the Debt Advice team to assist with documentation analysis (bank statements, debt/credit documentation), diary management, appointment bookings, and customer engagement.

The role provides a great opportunity to progress your career as a Debt Advisor and support our continued growth.


Key responsibilities and accountabilities:


  • Processing consumer/customer information whilst observing all data protection obligations.
  • Communication with customers using all contact methods to discuss anomalies identified from verification documents and manage ongoing communication until all verification processes have been completed.
  • Logging and maintaining calendar appointments according to shifts and availability
  • Answering queries, logging feedback, and identifying, logging, and resolving complaints
  • Managing your own workload to ensure that all KPIs are achieved each month
  • Ensuring that you always meet and maintain Angel Advance's highquality standards.
  • Complete any training or coaching requirements to stay up to date with any regulatory or role responsibility changes.
  • Completing additional tasks at the request of the Management Team.
