An innovative and long-standing firm is seeking to appoint a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor into their Sutton Coldfield office on a full-time basis.

Sutton Coldfield

£55,000 - £60,000

This reputable Legal 500 firm is looking for a forward thinking and Dynamic Senior Commercial Property Solicitor with around eight years' experience to lead and develop their Sutton Coldfield offering.

The current Commercial Property team is comprised of aroundten people including partners, solicitors, and support staff spread across a few offices.

As a Commercial Property Solicitor in this team, you will work for a diverse client base on a range of transactions including, but not limited to:

  • Acquisition and disposal of retail pharmacies
  • Lease and lease renewals
  • Agricultural land
  • Buildings
  • Development work
Your role will also include assisting in the growth and development of the Sutton Coldfield commercial property offering.

To be considered, you'll have at least 8 years' Commercial Property experience, a strong academic profile, and good commercial awareness.

Strong ties to the Sutton Coldfield area would also be preferred.
